The Strait Gate Homes and The Client sign the two documents that form the “Contract.”
- Construction Drawings
- Specifications
- Purchase Agreement
The Client provides a pre-approval letter from an approved lending institution.
The Client places a 10% deposit of the sales price with Strait Gate Homes.
Complete Construction Drawings
- The Strait Gate Family produces revised Construction Drawings (CDs).
- The Client reviews Construction Drawing revisions.
- The Client and Strait Gate Homes review changes, if any, to produce finalized Construction Drawings
- Strait Gate Homes produces final Construction Drawings, including engineering & structural drawings as required.
Permit Process
Next: get the necessary approvals from the City or Government entities:
- Strait Gate Homes submits plans to all local authorities.
- Strait Gate Homes attends appropriate local meetings.
- Strait Gate Homes receives acceptance from proper authorities.
